The Defender story
Built from the ground up. Never gave up.
Defender Fit started after I lost my job. To keep going, I mowed lawns and kept building the brand on the side. Six years later, I still work full-time on site and pack every order by hand in Brisbane.
To me, a Defender is someone who shows up for their team: in the gym, at work and at home. It's process over results, every single day.
Performance is what you achieve. Character is who you become.
