Shipping policy
Every order is packed by hand in Brisbane. Weekday orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and weekend orders go out on Monday. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves.

All prices are in AUD. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
- Australia: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of the world: varies by country, usually 1–3 weeks.
These are estimates from the carrier. Delays can happen around public holidays and peak periods.
International orders
Orders shipped outside Australia may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your country and paid by you on delivery.
Address and delivery problems
- Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't gone yet.
- If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email josh.defenderfit@gmail.com with your order number and we'll work it out with the carrier.
