Weekday orders are packed by hand in Brisbane and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on a weekend go out on Monday. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves.

Australia: free standard shipping on orders over $100. Under $100, standard is $9.95. Express is $14.95.
New Zealand: standard $14.95, express $30.
Everywhere else: standard $24.99, express $40.

Australia: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
New Zealand: 5–10 business days.
Everywhere else: it varies by country, usually 1–3 weeks. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid on delivery.

It's an oversized cut: room through the chest and shoulders, a collar that sits flat and a length that stays down when you go overhead. Take your normal size for the oversized look, or size down one for a cleaner fit.

Every product page has a size guide with weights and real examples (height, weight and the size they wear). If you're still unsure, email us your height and weight and we'll tell you what we'd pick.

Every order is covered by our 30-Day Fit Guarantee. If the size is wrong, swap it for another size within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & exchanges for how.

Email josh.defenderfit@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you'd like. Items need to be unworn and unwashed, ideally in the original packaging. We'll post the new size for free; you cover the postage to send the original back.

Yes. Unworn, unwashed items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, ideally in the original packaging. Return postage is on you, and the original shipping cost isn't refunded. Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded for change of mind.

We process refunds once the return arrives and has been checked, usually within 2 business days. It then takes your bank or payment provider about 3–10 business days to show it.

Yes. Size exchanges work the same as any other order. If you return a kit piece for a refund, we refund what you paid for that piece at the kit price.

The Lifting Team Tee is 280 GSM heavyweight cotton. Each product page lists the exact fabric weight and composition under Fabric & care.

Cold wash inside out with similar colours. No bleach and no tumble dryer. Hang it to dry in the shade, and don't iron over the print. That keeps the fit and the print looking right for longer.

All major cards, PayPal and Afterpay (four interest-free payments). Payments are processed securely at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
